Kathmandu.Unilever Nepal Limited has proposed to distribute a dividend of Rs 1,540 per share to the shareholders from the profit of the financial year 2082/83. The board of directors meeting of the company has approved the audited annual financial statement for the financial year 2082/83 and decided to distribute the dividend.

For the purpose of dividend distribution, the company has announced that the book will be closed from November 9th to 23rd. Before the books are closed, the permanent shareholders will be able to receive the proposed dividend. The proposed dividend will be distributed after it is passed by the relevant general meeting of the company.
